Hi, I’m Bailee. I’m a certified life coach and I’ve been a vegetarian for 13 years!

I wholeheartedly believe that eating a meat-free diet is the best way that we can improve our health, protect the planet, and save animals.

But I also know firsthand how difficult it is (even with all of this motivation) to actually make the commitment to changing your diet.
