What to do when you don’t have any time to yourself!

All moms are busy moms. And that’s why prioritizing is ESSENTIAL if you want to make time for yourself.

There’s so much to do when you’re a mom – taking care of your children, keeping the house tidy, nurturing your relationship with your partner, proving your worth at work, etc. etc. etc. 😵‍💫

And with all of these other responsibilities on our plates we may find ourselves thinking “I don’t have any time for myself!”

Trust me – I’ve been there, too. 😱

But everything changed when I realized that I wasn’t making the time I needed for myself a PRIORITY.

When I took a minute to reflect on what was going to truly make me the best version of myself for myself and for my family, I realized that me being ⚡️recharged and 🤩 refreshed was VITAL.

It was more important than having a squeaky clean house. More important than preparing healthy gourmet meals every night. More important than getting to work 10 minutes before everyone else so I seemed productive.

When I truly defined what my priorities were – what was going to make me and my family the happiest – it was a no-brainer that time to myself was not a luxury, it was a NECESSITY.

If you want to have more time for yourself, you need to reflect on how you’re truly spending your time and ask yourself if you are prioritizing what is the most important. 🤷‍♀️

Make time for yourself a top priority and then learn to be OK with letting everything slide.

Because here’s the thing, Mama:

🩷 THERE IS ALWAYS TIME FOR WHAT YOU MAKE A PRIORITY. 🩷

We can’t do it all as moms. There isn’t enough time in the day.

But we can always do the most important things – AKA find the time for what we make our top priorities.

So when me-time becomes a priority and you allow yourself to have it without guilt, you will find that time is not an issue! ⏰️
