Stop Worrying About Perfection

Everything changes on your perspective as a mom when you stop trying to be perfect and focus on the other P’s instead!

I’m sorry to tell you, Mama, but perfection is impossible. The more you strive to achieve it, the more you burn yourself out trying.

Instead, focus on these P’s that will truly bring you more joy as a mom!

🩷 Patience – Learn to take a breath and let things play out a little more slowly. You’ll stress less, snap less, and suffer less when you can master patience.

🩷 Positivity – Find the good in the world! There’s lots of it. Reframe bad situations to find the silver linings and suddenly your whole outlook on life becomes a little more sunshiney.

🩷 Presence – Live in the moment and take in all of the memories you are making as you make them. Get that to-do list and all of the worry out of your head and focus on what’s happening here and now.

Mastering the P’s isn’t easy. It takes some brain training and practice. But once you’ve got it down, I promise you motherhood starts looking SO DIFFERENT.
